半导体器件物理计算机在材料科学中的应用
1、新型光催化半导体材料及其他新型物质的研究,包括光电性质、电导、力学、磁学、热电、迁移率等性质
2、超级电容、燃料电池的第一性原理研究,其中燃料电池催化包含ORR,OER,HER反应
3、以密度泛函为基础的第一性原理与相关程序的发展,包括cluster expansion方法的发展、经典力场拟合等。
