个人简介


 2010-2011年于美国国家可再生能源实验室(NREL)开始助研工作;2011.08-2015.03 就读于The University of Toledo并获得物理学博士,师从光伏材料领域知名讲习科学家Prof. Yanfa Yan (APS Fellow)2015.09-2017.11于华南理工大学材料科学与工程学院从事博士后研究;2017年通过高层次人才引进计划加入暨南大学物理系任教至今,2020年荣获暨南英才称号。截至20243月,已发表SCI论文70余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者发表44篇论文,近三年持续在Advanced MaterialsIF=29.4, Nano EnergyIF=16.60)和Applied Physics Letter等国际顶尖刊物发表成果,近三年所提出的缺陷钝化模型指导实验器件连续突破效率四次。同时担任Nature Communication, Journal of Materials Chemistry A等国际期刊审稿专家,目前论文总被引用率已接近8000次,在新型光伏领域受邀学术报告5次以上。

在学生培养方面,目前指导6名研究生攻读硕士学位,已指导6硕士生顺利毕业(3人前往中山大学、暨南大学攻读博士学位,另3人已被比亚迪、中航光电和珠海边防总局(事业编)录用)。指导本科生荣获全国物理实验设计大赛一等奖(近5年物理系首次),指导多名本科生立项校大学生创新创业项目和挑战杯项目等,其中4人顺利保研至浙江大学、中山大学和中科院。


研究方向


专注于半导体材料的计算物理和机器学习研究,目前研究重点是新型钙钛矿光伏材料、低维光电材料稳态搜索和掺杂改性的内在机理与智能算法研究。研究方向主要包括1. 新型钙钛矿太阳能电池中组分设计和缺陷钝化的理论计算与机器学习。2. 低维氧化物材料中原子插层的电子特性研究。3. 光电材料异质结的界面设计与机理探索。
